This is by far the most user friendly and versitile phones I've ever held in my hand ,although many of the E series nokia phones have most of its features this phone has a few things new in it.
First the operating system is much efficient and the processing is much faster ,like it takes less than a second to open an application unlike its previous models, also the system is much more responsive, convenient and clever that make your use of the phone efficient.
Second the optical key that is provided first seemed to not of much use but then i found it much easier to navigate among the applications
New features:
The" Wi present " enables you to connect your phones to a laptop and view the slides or presentations in your phone.
There is also a "world traveler" which contains climate updates, currency value and date time of that particular place and you can compare it with the different place.
E72 also supports 3G so those who have a 3G network can use 3G capabilities also.
